# GymTracker Smart Progress

> GymTracker Smart Progress is a workout tracking app for personal trainers, coaches and the athletes they train. The coach writes the program, the athlete finds it in the app, and every set the athlete logs goes back to the coach. Coaches also work from the Coach Portal in the browser at https://gymtracker.studio/coach/. Athletes linked to a coach use the app for free.

The app is available in Italian and English. It also works without a coach, as a personal workout log with programs, history and statistics.

## How it works

- Coach: builds programs and training days, assigns them to athletes, follows every logged workout, messages athletes and manages appointments, from the phone app or from the Coach Portal on the web.
- Athlete: receives the coach's programs in the app, logs sets, reps and weights during the workout (also from Apple Watch), and messages the coach.
- AI program import: a program written in a PDF, a photo or a text can be turned into an editable program in the app.

## Plans and prices

Prices in euro, as charged in the Italian App Store and Google Play; the store shows the final price in each country.

- Free: no charge. 1 own program with up to 5 training days, up to 10 workouts in history, basic statistics, unlimited programs from a coach (read-only). AI: 1 per month.
- PRO (for athletes): €2.99 per month or €29.99 per year. Unlimited programs, training days and history, advanced statistics, workout reports, cloud backup, no ads. AI: 10 per month.
- Coach (up to 10 athletes): €14.99 per month or €149.99 per year. Coach Portal on the web, scheduling and appointments. AI: 10 per month.
- Coach Pro (unlimited athletes): €29.99 per month or €299.99 per year. Everything in Coach. AI: 200 per month.
- An athlete linked to a coach needs no plan at all: they receive programs, log their workouts and message their coach. In italiano: gratis per gli atleti collegati a un coach.
- For coaches, AI program imports and suggested programs share one monthly counter (Coach 10, Coach Pro 200). Per i coach: un solo contatore mensile per importazioni IA e programmi suggeriti.
